What is EFT?

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), sometimes called “tapping,” is a powerful non-invasive method that can help you reduce stress or other painful emotions associated with negative thoughts or experiences. It is an easily learned and very effective way of dealing with the pressures of every day living.

How does EFT work?

An EFT treatment involves using your fingertips to tap on certain spots on your head and chest while repeating certain “reminder” phrases that address a specific issue. A single session can last anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour, depending on the issue you are working on. For more complex issues, several sessions may be necessary to clear all the aspects.
