Tapping for Weight Loss

I’m starting a 6 week tapping class geared toward those of us who are struggling with weight loss. This is NOT a “weigh-in”, “latest diet” etc. sort of class. Rather, we are focusing on the underlying emotional issues surrounding our body image, cravings, emotional eating, stress, anxiety and panic triggers.

The class meets each Monday, May 14, 21, June 4, 11, and 18  – skipping Memorial Day. Time: 6:30-7:30 p.m. at Ravenscroft Suites, 29 Ravenscroft Drive, Asheville, NC.
